Cut out some of the sweets, but not immediately. If you cut everything the first day, you'll become overwhelmed by the craving for more and you won't be able to handle it well. You can eat some sweets but don't go overboard. Jog outside, or inside on a treadmill. Set goals, such as burning 400 cals per day. If you can do this as well stick to a planned diet, you'll lose 1-2 LB's per week.
