You might consider taking away at least 1-2 forums until you get some more members though, no need to do everything all at once. My philosophy is to give the users a chance to see what you do around the forum while you're in the process of gaining new members. It's great for them to see a dedicated admin that they can appreciate and devote their time to by helping out with your forum.
Very simple, yet most people don't take advantage of such a simple strategy. I have a few tricks of my own like that.
I was planning on removing a few forums which had no posts, but some of the members told me that they plan to populate there as well, so I'm holding off.
I do have some interesting new ideas planned, which includes a few more G's.
Maybe Goods or Gears lol.As soon as we reach 50 members, User groups, lotteries and other features will start functioning, bringing about a whole new experience for all the members. Plus, I'm not too stingy with the awards as they're more like decorations and pixels of recognition to me.
I'm really grateful you took the time to really provide some excellent feedback on the forum and hope you join as well if you're not too busy with your site.
