Listen, try keeping your mind off stuff that's bothering you. Listen to music, do some sports and exercises. Find a different way to get rid of the anger. It happens to people all the time, get optimistic. Heck, find a way to use all that anger/energy up. I suggest going to a gym and punching them punching bags. It'll build your muscles! XD
