Ok so, I just got my braces off.
Now my orthodontist gave me these "permanent retainers" that go behind your teeth and are glued in. The one on the bottom doesn't bother me at ALL, but the one on the top is a total bitch! I have cut my tongue so many times so I'm going to ask if I can get it removed.
Has anyone else had these?
