Follow this:

Go to your desktop, right click hit Create New Shortcut
Type in CMD as a name and as a path in the dialog
Then locate the CMD app shortcut on the Desktop
Right click the shortcut, then hit Run As Administrator
Now type "chkdsk" without quotes, and let it run and fix Chrome.exe
