If you want to capture your work out and maintain the muscle I would try and drink/eat tons of protein. I have noticed that whenever I work out and eat something with protein after it really helps build the muscle.
If you want to do a supplent to gain some muscle I would recomend Creatine. Lots of people will say it does not work and only inflates your muscles with water but to be honest I have seen great results while using it. I also though bought a more expensive type of creatine.
