$5 For SIMPLE MySQL Help!

I simply cannot get MySQL to work. I'm using a script, and it requires it's own DB. I've setup the DB, and entered in the details for it to connect, and I cannot get it. If anyone will TV me and get it working, I'll pay you $55 via Paypal. Shouldn't take more than a couple minutes, I'll have everything ready.
