I honestly think if you lived in the same city, within 3years you would of had plenty chances to meet her. Just don't be scared of it, and remember - It's only one girl. If it doesn't go well, then so be it. But putting it off for longer and longer is just going to prolong the inevitable. Either that, or you just cut it off with her. Good luck nonetheless.
