It seems like you two really have strong feelings for each other. If you do and you've been close (video chatting, texting, ect) then you shouldn't have any problems meeting in person. But it seems like she's nervous about meeting you by the way she never tries to make plans. Maybe you should just show up at her house and see how it goes. But you'd have to find her address first.
