It's not hard at all, it took me to be exact 5 minutes, it is fast, get in and drive...
The left foot is simply the entire time on the clutch, and the right foot switches between gas and brakes.
Shifting is pretty much straight forward and the stick has the "manual" on it
Only thing to "learn" is when to shift, in my Golf 3... for example
1st Gear -> just to start -> 2nd Gear
2nd Gear -> 2.5-3k rpm -> 3rd
3rd Gear -> 3k rpm -> 4th
4th Gear -> 3.5 - 4k rpm -> 5th
and with time you'll notice on the sound when you need to shift, the car is raging....
Just go for it, nothing hard to do...
