Implement my advice and you will be fine. I've done a few crash courses in psychopathy and learned quite a lot on how to handle psychopaths.
Firstly, psychopaths gain satisfaction through antisocial behavior, and do not experience shame, guilt, or remorse for their actions.
1) Psychopaths can have a superficial charm about them, enabled by a willingness to say anything to anyone without concern for accuracy or truth.
2) Their behavior is impulsive and irresponsible, often failing to keep a job or defaulting on debts. Psychopaths also have a markedly distorted sense of the potential consequences of their actions, not only for others, but also for themselves.
3) They do not deeply recognize the risk of being caught, disbelieved or injured as a result of their behavior.
Your psychopath is violence oriented and has no concern for life whatsoever. Some ways to keep yourself safe -
1- Inform a friend or elder if you are going anywhere near her surroundings.
2-Dont try to be a badass and beat her up. Read the third rule again, if she is a true psychopath, she wont care about getting beaten.
3-If she gets too close and tries hurting you, start talking to her, Now the question is - Talk about what? You'll have to know a few things about her for this. Talk to her about her childhood and talk to her about her parents. By some time and find the correct moment for an escape or a hit.
4- Inform the police if it gets too far and they'll keep an eye on you.
PM me if you need anymore help or a list of agencies to contact on this.

I hate sex in the movies. Tried it once, the seat folded up, the drink spilled and that ice,
well it really chilled her mood.
