Update your BIOS.

Then try following......
3.03GHz - 143BClk *21
DDR3-1333 8/8/8/20 @1.5v
Vcore 1.175V ( 1.152V load) [Try increasing by 1 notch if seems unstable]
1.22V QPI
1.8V PLL.

Find
