I read novels. Or i write down what is bothering me as in a diary & then its easy to forget what was haunting me.
Someone advised me to write down the problem, burn it & flush it down.
But i write in a diary & analyze it.
Singing or dancing can be a good option as well.
Or i just it the gym & put my ipod on full blast as i workout.
Can go for a walk & take pictures with your camera.
Can go to or call or chat with your friend so as to get your mind of it.
It all comes down to the fact that whether u want to ignore it or face it.
Ignoring will only make the feeling of being not at peace return back at full blast & may make you loose control at wrong times , at some point.
Whereas facing it, like writing etc will help you far better & make you forget the problem altogether but with a sense of closure.
