Will -rep ever come back?

It's not useful at all.
You either think positively of someone, or keep your negativity to yourself. Arguments regarding reputation are very annoying.

Tbh, if you can't accept the good with the bad, then why do you even have the system in the first place? If you're going to have +rep and no -rep, then it's pointless to have it at all.

There are always going to be immature persons to roam our lovely premise, but that doesn't negate the fact that we need to be open about the failures and the achievements of both the community and the individual user.
