Sir, sugar does give you energy. It's a polysaccharide made up of glucose and fructose that are sources of energy in our body. They turn to fat when they are in excess, it is a way of our body storing energy for whenever we need it the most.

And no, I'm not saying you should do cocaine. That's self-explanatory.

Please don't mistake this post as some sort of "assy" reply. I'm just sharing knowledge. Peace Oui
