I think you should have a look at some of the tutorials posted here though. You need to work on a lot of the basics.
Depth, Lighting, Composition, etc...

I used the burn tool on the buildings, and the dodge tool on the render.

There *are* light effects, in there as well.

Not sure what you mean by composition.
