Faith in love is different. I can see my lover, know her , etc. So to compare religious faith to emotional faith is flat irrelevant.

How is having faith in "God's love" different than emotional love?

love is love no matter who that emotion comes from.

You're trying to argue semantics on a word being used
in the same sense.

does that mean you KNOW she's not cheating on you?

No, not at all. You have to have FAITH that she isn't, otherwise you can't
trust/love her. You have to believe in what you can't see when you're not
there. Same thing applies to "God".

You can't SEE him, but you are taught to have FAITH in him regardless.
