That's like saying there's no reason to have theories in science!
Faith is the blood of religion. Without faith, we couldn't have trust.
Without trust, we couldn't have love.
That's not even talking about "God" either, that's human emotion.
Faith is a prerequisite for love and trust.
Faith not being necessary is the silliest notion I've ever heard.
If you honestly believe you can go through your entire life without faith,
even faith in yourself, then you have something seriously wrong with you.
