For building muscle : HIGH WEIGHT, LOW REPS
8-10 reps max.
Workout that specific muscle group every other day. Give your muscles time to rebuild the fibers or else you're just destroying them and not replacing them.
Two really good workouts I found for biceps while doing P90X are the in and out bicep curls and full supination concentration curls.
