If you're willing to pay then BitDefender and Kaspersky are probaly the best although there are many other good ones.
BitDefender is cheaper so i would go for it.
There is a new one called VIPRE Antivirus + Antispyware it's meant to become very big and has been winning a view awards already. Expectation is very high for it.
Never actually heard of Sandboxie, weird name.
Bitdefender is actually a great AV, and it will detect a lot more than most.
But you've never heard of Sandboxie? :S
I think you have some more to learn about computer security lol, It would benefit you to look into that as well, since it does a good job on seeing whether or not a program is harmful to your computer.
It's like letting a child play in a sandbox (assuming there are high walls around it). The damage is kept inside of the sandbox, and you can use that information to determine what it tries to execute on your computer, if you were to apply the same idea to running a program.
