i Tottaly agree but if u are using an internet cafe computer there is no need to use vpn or proxies...
I am from greece and here in internet cafes u cannot install or even change settings of the computer...

Well, for certain types of anonymizer service, you don't need to install anything, or change any settings, you just go along to the site that provides the service and browse via that.
