That's incorrect, you just need an AVERAGE above four. If you're making quality posts (3+ sentences, not a canned "I agree" message), there's no way you'd be receiving 3/5 as a rating anyway.

I've never made posts like that, but I have nothing to back up my argument because I don't know who gave me a 3/5 rating. Besides, the payment per post is now 5cents/post and it's continually lowering.
