Why are most webmasters so arrogant?

Sometimes suggestions arent for the best though, which is why it's like playing a game. I've ran lots of successful software and computer support service forums. And i've also helped others get successful forums, but unfortunately the people that i've helped, (some of the younger admins) didn't have money for good hosting, and bad hosting causes slower page load, and downtime, most of the time.

That's a big part of most of these unsuccessful forums.

To be a good admin, especially if you're in development, you have to pretend that you'll consider all of the suggestions for the future, even though you know you won't be implementing any of the ideas to the website. That way, your forum still goes well, you still get incoming suggestions, none of the bad suggestions are put into your site, and all the members are happy. You just make yourself look busy, whether you are or not.

You can become more careless when your forum is big, because you still have the support of a majority of members, while it's still not recommended to disregard a select few members from your forum, especially the active contributors.

Lots of people act like they know what to do on a forum, when they really have a lot more to learn
