Basically, I'm in a lot of pain, both physically and mentally, and I would like to kill myself. But there are certain people that I know I will be hurting, and who I love with every possible inkling of love in my body, that prevents me from committing suicide. I just have to live in pain and suffer in silence. There is no escape.

There certainly isn't any escape with that mentality, you practically predispose yourself to failure when you think like that, I'm going to guess you're young, like the majority on this forum, you still have a whole life ahead of you and you're going to get all hung up over one girl? (there's over 3 billion of them in the world btw), so what if you guys broke up, there's tons more where she came from, it's just silly to even consider ending your own life over such a trivial matter.

You obviously need to improve your attitude towards life, it isn't something you should just quit as soon as you hit a rough patch, think of it this way, it only gets better from here.
