Sorry, I totally forgot about this.
What software do you currently have on the computer like for antivirus/firewall/antispyware/antimalware. As stated, some of these programs can cause a crash.
As looking through the results, it suggest that it is a hardware/driver issue.

Make sure all your drivers are the latest version either from Microsoft or the original manufacture website.
