I think you have a malware issue here, now the best method to find out and possibly try to remove it is by doing what i suggested;
MalwareBytes is very good at what it does, and the best way to try and remove any possible malware is to boot into safemode this way it will limit any chance of it infecting or causing more damage to any system files.
if you find malware we can take it from there.
it seems to me that you came here for help, however you are not taking any advice that is given which i believe I/we are just wasting our time. unless i am mistaken you are still going against any advice.
