I actually wouldn't recommend most PTC sites. Sure, 4cents a day can be good, but almost all sites are truly profitable when you've upgraded.

I'd recommend YouData.com because it pays 5cents per click. However, before you think this is a scam site, the ads are highly geotargetted. Unless you're a mother who does most of the shopping in your household, you shouldn't expect more than a couple ads a week (however, they're from big names like Axe and the Gawker network).
