You need to try the things that we've suggested before anyone can help you..
It worked but my user settings where deleted and a lot of programs are not workings properly, and all my saved usernames and passwords where deleted, it seems my Cookies where not deleted, and my Google Chrome browser "forgot" my last browsing session and it's settings but my Firefox browser "remembered" it's last browsing session and settings, my default Browser was changed from Google Chrome back to the default (Internet Explorer), and, luckily, my Anti-Virus programs seem unaffected.

I set one of my Anti-Virus programs to do a boot-scan, which is better.
