I haven't been that of a studygeek myself.
But really try to go to school as long as u possibly can. It will only benefit u later on.
I quit school this year, i tried college but i couldn't find myself learning every single day.

Also, you get up early for school because schools don't want to instill values that you get up late and finish early. When you enter working life you need to be up even earlier and finish even later in most jobs.
