I have an idea of where to start. It'll probably go something like.

Me: Hi, You wouldn't happen to know what time it is would you?
Girl: Ah yeah it's 10:30. Just so you know, there's a clock on the wall over there.
Me: Ah, I didn't see that lol, thanks though. Do you come here often?

Then go from there. Seems like a solid starting place. If she's into me she'll keep the conversation going. If she isn't, she'll say how often she comes and leave me nothing to follow up with.
