Postloop is a service for exchanging forum posts. You install their plugin to track users and posts, and for every forum in their network you post on, you'll get posts back by other users.
Not my site, but I stumbled across it earlier today, and it looks to have huge potential. Also, more forums in their pool gives me more posting options
