It looks pretty nice now. The forum banner fits the theme perfectly in my opinion, I like it, I'd change the global css though and expand the forum width a bit. It's a tad bit too small to me. You don't have a favicon I see either...

I can make this into an .ico for you, i'm just posting it as a png to show you an example. It'll be a bit bigger than this too.
