I had a banana, some whole grain cheerios, and a nice strawberry smoothie I blended in the blender I got for last christmas tastes good, and it's nice and balanced on the food groups. Fruit is good for breakfast, one of the best things you can have to start the day off. I eat between 4-5 meals per day. I have a high metabolism so these aren't snack times either. But i'm not overweight in the unhealthy sense. Most of it is regular body mass in muscle.
