Actually its good that you mentioned that, instead of changing the opacity, use that "crumpled" paper pattern with a blend option over the ENTIRE bill instead of just parts of it. It would be a lot better that way. that way Cheryl would have that effect along with the rest of the image. Unless you dont have that as a layer, then try putting her behind a layer to get that effect with a reduced opacity or blending option. Otherwise just change Cheryl's opacity.
