I'm glad this is going to work out in your favor, to an extent, I really am. Here is the short story as to why I can relate to you and why I'm glad you're fighting.

My neighbor that has been like a Grandfather to me since my entire family is in Europe went to the hospital due to a stroke and while their he was only half conscious and really unaware of his surroundings. He gave his brother the power of attorney to allow him to make medical decisions for him, instead he left him there and went to all of his bank accounts and closed them all. Took all of his money, $750,000~ from the condo's he used to own. I am his help in getting this money back and it's very painful to see family act this way. This is why I want you to fight as well, money shouldn't be taken from family like that unless it's being taken back from backstabbing family.

I completely agree, and that's shameful what his brother did. I hope all goes well in your neighbors situation, its certainly a great thing you're doing. What's funny is that my aunt who is married to the uncle that's screwing me, is the one that helped me out and made me aware of the situation. It seems like the people outside of your own family are usually the most sincere people. It's sorta backwards imo.
