So your computer just freezes? run your computer in a clean boot and see what happens, also try running in safe mode, and see if it still pops up. Try a scan then as well

Another thing, do you know where you downloaded this Windows security essentials?

I never downloaded it... My computer doesn't freeze just this program things stops me from doing anything because I can't close or move it of the screen.
