Feeling as if there is no future.

Long story short, I'm extremely depressed, and my PTSD isn't helping at all.

I can't seem to find a sense of being in the world, and I feel as if I don't deserve to be happy. :/

I just don't know what to do anymore, I've been crying all day, I haven't ate in 4 days, I haven't slept in 2. :/

Well I understand you on how confusing the world is, we live in place where no one truly knows anything and why they do it, the best advice I could give you is to just give your own life a purpose and a meaning because we're born without em, it doesn't matter what it is. That could lead you to true happiness.
