Can someone please explain to me what Hemorrhagic Shock is?

To hemorrhage means to bleed profusely. Perfusion is the act of transferring nutrients from the blood to tissue. Shock occurs when perfusion is not occurring at an acceptable rate.

Put it all together and hemorrhagic shock is the state of perfusion being hampered due to sheer blood loss.
