Jailbreaking ipod 4g, iphone 4, and ipad came out!!!

I know I just don't agree with it. Can't you screw up your IPod as well?

Not sure about now, but back when jailbreaking like 2.03 or something like that was a big deal. When I got it, only non purchased songs w/o album covers worked.

That's just one of the times. Another time I got a little too technical with messing with it and got the itouch bricked. I managed to recover it, but that was NOT a good night for me.

I was lucky though. My friends itough did not survive that 2.03 upgrade under jailbreak along with the brick that happened to both of us. (I was rummaging with both of our itouches)

There are some cool things though. I got around 1 billion dollars in a mafia game and just owned the rest of the users playing with me and reached high levels in the game before giving my mom the itouch ( I left the game on there to still receive money from the real estate. )

Over all, if you are smart it's kind of fun doing certain more advanced things in jail breaking with cidia if I can remember right..

I never used it for straight up 3rd party games. I ripped the real deal games. I don't know the new tech now though. I remember before apples official App store, jail breaking was the best thing to do, ever.
