I did sharpen her face but I thought it suited. 
Maybe I should lower the opacity of the sharpen layer.
I actually think the lighting and shadows is fine on this because the light source is infront of the render so there wont be any shadows except for under the finger / arm which if you looks under her left hand fingers there is.
As for the text I coudn't do anything to make it suit for this piece.
