Yes, just contact her on facebook first. Comment on her status, comment on her pictures, videos and so on, until she has already responded to like 3 comments of yours, then hit her up on facebook chat, and start a conversation about something, if you don't really know what, talk about a status of hers or something and then on school, whenever you see her for like 3 days, say HI, and then, after all this, just find the right moment and just stop her on school and just ask her how she is doing, what classes she goes and stuff like that.

I have the exact problems actually, I tend to over analyze things too, which ends up holding me back.
