I ask because i think vista had a different method of casheing files on drives?
I might be wrong there but it would interest me to know.
I remember a similar problem many years ago when i tried vista and because i have huge slave drives with loads of stuff on them it took ages for the drives to appear.
i guess your right, each software and hardware have there own date of death. lol. maybe its just bugged?
