Question about aweber (forwarding emails from gmail to aweber)

Hello,

I read a tutorial I found on the net, it had to do with getting people to send an email to an email address, then that email address will forward it to aweber which will be set up with an autoresponder which will automatically add the email address of the person to your email list under that niche among other things.

I can't find anything on the net about forwarding gmail to aweber, has anyone done this? Any tips on setting it up?

P.S. I've found 1,000s of set ups for aweber but nothing like what I mentioned above.
