Meditation. It helps me so much. It could probably help you guys as well. There's not one person in the world that meditation is not good for. Also, I like to play my guitar when down. Or I call my girlfriend.
Some really important things when you are down, is to eat, and drink water. And fresh air. That will help you think clearly, at the least. And often, that is all you need.
