There is a numerous amount of things I do when I struggle to fall asleep.
-Listen to music. Soothing music, usually, such as soundscapes, maybe soft rock.
-Take a hot shower.
-Habitually smoke a marijuana cigarette.
I have sleep insomnia so usually these will help.
It has also been said that wearing socks/gloves can help you sleep. I have not tried it so much, but I hear it works.
