I like the design on the theme and btw nice site .

Hello, Jake. At first glance the theme appears to have too much grey, although the theme controls does help to create some colour interest. Still, the basic appearance conveys professionalism, which is the desired effect. This is at odds with the logo: I agree with you that a cartoon male geek doesn't help the image of the site. The font used for the logo is also casual, and the overall effect of the logo is emphasised by the other logos of the toolbar.

The toolbar is great for cross-forum navigation and it instantly conveys the message that AdminsForum is part of a network. Forum structure is neat and compact, though I wonder if the Graphics section is still necessary, since DesignersForum can fulfill that need. Forum descriptions are clear. If I may suggest two syntax alternatives:

Exchanges & Partnerships - Here you can find others with whom to exchange services in kind, or to partner with for your project.

The experience of administrating a forum like this should provide you with a good skill set.

The theme and logo match very well. It's a great design.

The template is nice, but the forum is empty. I wouldn't join that site in its current stage.
