We're currently looking for people who can teach courses. If anything, write a static module for a full course on a certain topic, such as penetration testing, forum moderation, coding, programing, web design, graphic design, just about anything you can think of. We need material on our site. If it's good enough and professional enough and well written I will go over it, take a look at it, and possibly submit it. There are POTENTIAL monetized awards for anything that we use, but it's not promised. I'm not exactly rich, so, if we can't pay we won't, if we can we will. Simple.

Also, we're looking to get a dedicated server for CHEAP that has a lot of ram and bandwidth to it. Why? Because we're wanting to setup a VMWare lab containing (at max running at one time maybe 15-20) vmware machines. These will be for virtual labs to allow students to practice hands on what they're learning in the classes or modules. Because of how expensive the hosting might be we're going to have charge for access to these vm's. All documents in the vm's will be copyrighted to the respective owners and we'll be keeping a VERY close eye and issuing lawsuits if required to keep our courses private to paying customers.

The lab is going to take a long time to correctly implement. As well, we aren't starting any lab until we get decent classes rolling through with several active members. We can't afford the hosting if no one's going to use it.

Its no problem, im glad I could help. I also just now realized today that I work with servers all day everyday, its my job, but because its my job, and its via satellite hosted, I never stopped to think that the WAN networks I build and manage on a daily basis are EXACTLY like having a multitude of servers set up interconnected, just like the internet, It took me over 6 months to come to this realization, I feel sooo sad 8(

Perhaps. I just need something that does the trick. I've done some looking and it seems I actually need a VMware ESXi Dedicated Server. Not just a "dedicated server", but something that is already setup and ready for a vmware lab such as this. Again I won't need it for some time till i get good training and good activity on the site. After I get some good training and good traffic, the labs should be able to pay for themselves.
