I don't understand what the hell could be going through these guys' minds? Were they patrolling one day and said to each other, "Hey, wanna go do something? We're policemen, let's do whatever we want" and end up doing something like this?

It's pretty pathetic. I'm sorry to hear what happened. I have a pretty short temper, and if this happened to my mother, or any member of my family member, I'll find out who the cops were and make it my only goal to make their lives hell, although it would stoop me down to their level. But at that point, I wouldn't care. Family is a top priority.

He already said he lives in the USA. It's really hard to report against the police, especially when it happened a while back and you have no legitimate or convincing proof.
