avira keeps popping up with this error:

when I hit remove and hit apply, it does something, but a few minutes later, the file & warning are reappearing..
also, if I try to manually remove it, it goes bye-bye, but after a reboot it'll come back.
I saw something to run combofix to remove the error which I did and it was gone until I rebooted the machine.
any ideas?
