All these things take at least an hour to complete and in the end your PC might be as slow as it was. The speed-up they offer is insignificant.

No, not all of them do. In fact, most don't. CCleaner takes like 5 minutes.. Tongue The speed-up that they offer is great, imo. If you use programs GlaryUtilities, you'll notice a tremendous boost in speed.

agree,but for most of them you need to pay good money.
